We deliver to all areas of Bangladesh via trusted courier services.
Inside Dhaka: ৳70 (Estimated delivery: 1 working day)
Outside Dhaka: ৳120 (Delivery in 2β3 working days)
π Product Inspection & Return (At Delivery Time)
We recommend that you check your product in front of the delivery agent.
If you are not satisfied with the product (e.g., wrong item, damage, etc.), you may return it immediately by paying only the delivery fee.
Note: Return without any delivery fee is not permitted unless a major defect is confirmed by Innerian Outfits.
β³ Approved returns are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
π Exchange Policy
We understand that sizes may vary, so we offer a flexible exchange option under the following conditions:
- Exchange window: Within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery
- Eligible reasons: Size issues or product dissatisfaction
- Customer must cover the return & new delivery charges
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include tags and invoice
- Only one exchange per product is allowed
- All items in the original order must be accepted before any exchange request can be processed

- Products cannot be exchanged or returned if they show signs of use
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet the above conditions
