- Inside Dhaka City: ৳70 (1 working day)
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120 (2–3 working days)

Yes! We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging with tags and invoice
- Exchange or return requests should be made within 10 calendar days of delivery
- Customers must cover return and new delivery charges for exchanges
